We want you to get the care you deserve.

Who am I!?

Growing up, Eryn swam competitively, played hockey, and participated in High School Rodeo. Having suffered major injuries herself, Eryn understands the frustration and pain that comes with injuries and how it stops you from doing the activities you love. This fuels her passion to help people live healthy, pain-free lives.

Eryn prides herself on giving you an hour of hands-on treatment and uses a holistic approach. She aims to find and solve the ROOT of your pain and does not chase the pain. She provides full-body assessments that look at whole-body movements and then breaks it down to find movement patterns that are dysfunctional. She then provides a specialized exercise program to get you back on track to meet your activities goals.

When she is not in the clinic, you can find her continually expanding her knowledge or giving back to the sporting community that shaped her childhood. You will see her on the road with the Canadian Pro Rodeo Sport Medicine Team or at a horse show helping equestrian athletes.

When she is not working, you can find her spending time with her husband and pooch on the trails, travelling north to spend time with family and friends or riding with friends on a borrowed horse.

Eryn tailored the session to my needs, was patient and attentive. For the first thirty minutes, we reviewed my new work space, discussed pros/cons of certain adjustments to the space. Next we discussed my posture and body positioning, and what exercises I can do to improve my mental/physical health. For the final thirty minutes, we did some exercises designed to address where my body felt locked, to purge blocked energy and restore mobility. I felt much better after our session and recommend it to everyone who needs physical therapy support. The fact is, we will experience this lock-down as the new normal for quite some time. As such, it's essential we take care of ourselves physically and emotionally. I highly recommend Eryn's service as an aspect of personal care.”
